Frequently Asked Q’s

1

Can you edit my current site?

This question has a case-by-case answer, so the best thing to do is to reach out with the details. In general, though, everything runs more smoothly when we begin our work together with a clean slate and brand new site.

2

What platform do you build sites on?

I build on WordPress, using a variety of specialty builders and plugins that allow me complete customization. If you’ve got a site built somewhere else, we can simply build your new site on WordPress.

3

How long does a build take?

This depends on many factors, including the scope of the project, how many brand assets you have ready, and how quickly we are able to communication on edits. In general, the process takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

Branding Q’s

1

Can you help me name my business?

Yes! I have a “from the bottom-up” branding package which is a completely from-scratch collaborative process to nail down everything from company name to branding voice and color palate. I can also create custom packages that include a web build!

General Q’s

1

What is your design process like?

It’s part creativity, part collaboration, and part intuition! First things first, I ask lots of questions in order to really understand your vision. I take all of your brand info as inspiration to create a mental blueprint of your brands voice. Next, I ask for a little universal magic! Before and during every session that I spend working on your project, I hold the intention that what is created will be in the absolute highest good of you, your clients, and your business.

2

Which businesses do you serve?

When it comes to branding, I’m open to helping businesses from nearly all walks of life. My sweet spot in web design is service-based businesses (rather than e-commerce), or those that would like to pair their e-comm sites with a WordPress blogging platform. These include agencies, coaches, restaurants, brick and mortars, and beyond

3

Is there a deposit to start? How much is it?

Yup. There is a 50% deposit due before the start of each project. The other 50% is due just before turning over all of the final files and such. There is also a pay-in-full option, and payment plans can be arranged as needed 🙂
